A columnist in Economic Times says today, that rental price has been rising in past 2 months due to high inflation. Plus the rates-cut advantage, tenants have come up with the conclusion of "供平過租" . Many were looking for 1st hand in property market during the 4-day holiday. And no wonder those cost around 1.5-1.6 million are the hot items.
There isn't much influence on us anyways. We started renting this place during the holiday. Coz there's a concept telling, Price Difference Is Less Tangible When Is Marginal. For it doesn't cause much difference, people tend to ignore it, and take the "Use Now Happy Now" offer.
I'm not sure if this is going to lead us to anywhere, but it's still an idea.
Idk if someone has ever thought about this, if not started already.
Still it's something we can try. I guess because there's nth to lose and hopefully we could get a win-win. But does the idea of "free-lunch" necessarily lead to "success" ? ...
Last time we have a studio named W.W.W in Mongkok. What a coincidence! This new workshop-to-be is located in a blg with initials W.W (coincidence? I can't see any...)
A DO-list's waiting-- gotta squeeze some off-hour besides all the on hand freelance & teaching. Tonight we have some cleaning and planning to do. In 1 to 2 week's time, we will move out all stuffs from StoreFriendly. It was meant to be a short temporary stay...and yes....finally =)
